How to check if my device is compatible?
For iPhone Users:
Quick Check for Carrier Lock Status:
- Go to Settings
- Tap General
- Select About and scroll down
- If "SIM Lock" appears next to "Carrier Lock," your iPhone is locked
- If no SIM restrictions are shown, you can use rova eSIM
Alternative Method:
- Go to Settings
- Tap Mobile Service (may be called Cellular on some devices)
- Select Mobile Data
- If "Add eSIM" option is visible, your device is compatible with rova eSIM
For Android Users:
Check Carrier Lock Status:
- Go to Settings
- Tap Connections
- Select Mobile Networks
- Tap Network Operators
- If your device displays other networks and allows selection, it's unlocked and compatible with rova eSIM
- If no other networks are visible, your device is carrier-locked
Alternative Method:
- Go to Settings
- Tap Connections
- Select SIM Manager
- If "Add eSIM" option appears, your device is not carrier-locked and compatible with rova eSIM
Note: Setting names may vary on non-Samsung Android devices.
