Is my device eSIM compatible?

Most newer smartphone models support eSIM technology. Here's how to check if your device is compatible:

1. Check Our Compatibility Guide

Visit our Compatibility Guide for a comprehensive list of eSIM-supported devices.

2. Verify on your device

For Apple devices: Go to Settings > Mobile Service > Add eSIM If you see this option, your device supports eSIM

For Android devices: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Add Carrier If you see this option, your device supports eSIM

3. Check Your EID

For both Apple and Android:

  • Open the Phone app
  • Dial *#06# and press call
  • If an EID number appears, your device supports eSIM
