Why is my data speed slow?
We never slow down speeds of your eSIM, however there are some reasons why this can happen, which are out of our control.
Here are some tips on how this could be fixed:
- Check for network coverage. Poor signal strength can reduce data speed. Unfortunately, this is not something that we can control from our side. To improve the signal, please try moving away from your current location.
- In case you are in a populated area, the speed could be slower just due to multiple devices being connected at the same time. Try to avoid congested areas where many devices may be connected to the same network.
- Ensure no data limit settings are imposed on your device that might throttle speed.
- Restart your device to reset network connections.
- Contact our support team 24/7 through email or WhatsApp. We are happy to assist you.
